It's boring I know but we need to let you know all of the Terms & Conditions that we have here at Beautiful Brides. We try to make this as simple as possible and our terms are standard to offering services of our kind in this industry. If you have any issues with our T&C's please get in touch and we can chat through them.

• Your trial with us will take around 1.5 hours for makeup and 1.5 hours for hair. If you are having both it will take 3 hours.
  
• Please try to be on time as we sometimes have a few brides coming to see us on the same day, we would hate to have to deduct any time from your trial.
  
• You MUST inform us of any allergies or medical conditions that we may need to be aware of at your trial.
  
• If for any reason you're not happy with us and decide to not use our services for your wedding, you will still need to make payment in full for your trial.
  
• If you need any extra trials they will be charged at a rate agreed between us.
  
• When you decide to book with us for your big day we will take a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. If for any reason the date is cancelled this deposit will be kept by us. This will secure your booking with us for your Wedding day. If for any reason you need to cancel we will NOT be able to issue you with a refund for this deposit. 
  
• Your deposit is deducted from the total cost of services so you will not be charged anything extra don't worry.
  

• The final payment minus the deposit will need to be paid IN FULL 48 Hours before. Please note we do not accept cheques at this point so you will need to pay by BACS or cash.
• We have never missed a wedding or let anyone down but please note that Beautiful Brides cannot be held responsible for any extreme circumstances out of our control resulting in us being unable to make it  i.e. weather or accident.
• Please book in advance, we get really busy in and out of season and we don't want you to miss out.
